Chevrolet's Camaro has been an unqualified success since it burst onto the scene in 1967, due in large part to its amazing versatility. This beautiful 1969 Camaro definitely falls into the latter category, as it is a top-shelf, no-nonsense, tire fryer of the first order. Motorvation for this beast comes in the form of a Procell Bros. balanced and blueprinted 454 stroker (now 490 ci) that's been fortified with Brodix aluminum heads (port matched, polished, and flowed), a COMP Cams hydraulic roller cam, a Holley 950 cfm (!) carburetor, an Edelbrock RPM Air Gap aluminum intake, Eagle rotating assembly, 2" Hooker Jet Hot coated headers, MSD ignition, and a Be Cool aluminum radiator. The resulting storm (538 hp/595 lb.-ft.) is sent through a modified TH400 automatic transmission, then back to a Moser 12-bolt rear end with limited slip and 3.73 gears. Additional features include power steering, Wilwood power 4-wheel disc brakes, 4-link rear suspension with StrongArm control arms, QA1 coilover shocks, rebuilt front suspension, AGR steering box, 3" dual exhaust with H-pipe, Dynamat insulation, SS/RS trim, leather interior (!), tilt steering column, AutoMeter gauges, and classic Cragar wheels wrapped in new BFG Radial T/A's (235/60R15 F, 295/50R15 R).
